To whom it may concern: My name is Andre Ratcliffe. I am a Realestate Investor/Developer from the great city of Chicago. I have over the past two years made some great connections with the city of Detroit. I am a partner with a large California based bank where I am an acquisition officer. We currently own 300+ single family homes on the East/Westside of Detroit. I am looking to start a program for highschool young men and women that may be interested in pursuing careers in the contractor field for the rehabbing of these homes. This program will give them the necessary hands on skills to become general contractors or laborers. This program will not only give the young people the skills and know how but will help them to appreciate their nieghborhoods where these homes are mostly located. In addition to rebuilding the communities I want to provide affordable housing to the low income who in today's realestate market can't afford market rentals. That is just one of a few ways with my housing inventory that I am definitely on board in the efforts of enpowering our youths to give back and love their communities in the wonderful city of Detroit.

Dear Mr. Ratcliffe,
My suggestion would be to find some Mexicans to rehab your houses. If you get the local niggers to do it, they'll strip them bitches bare and sell what the can for crack money.
Don't be a fool. Once an area is niggerfuxated it's lost forever (or until they kill each other off.)
You'de be much wiser to invest your money in Idaho, Wyoming or Montana. There ain't as many feral niggers out there.
Your Friend,
Cliteefa
